Family Service Centre Budget Advice Service
Our service is always looking for people who can fix a leaking tap, install draught-excluders on the door, set up the computer for internetting, and many other small jobs in and around the house. These small jobs can save you money in the long run but cost in the short term. Many budget advice clients do not have the money to pay a craftsman to do the job and lack the skills to do it themselves. If you like to help others with these things and are available 'on call' (within reason, of course), contact Sjors, 528 0234.
We also always want helpful people for such things as providing a ride into Nelson for hospital or a cheap shopping trip, helping with moving house, and helping with getting cheap firewood (transporting it). Contact Sjors, 528 0234.
