- Reports of theft of diesel from digger nearby to the Motueka Valley Highway.
December 11th:
- Metal letterbox taken from address in Brooklyn Valley.
December 12th:
- Reports of a theft of a outboard motor, depth sounder and fuel tanks from an address in Tahi Street.
December 13th:
- Reports of a vehicle in Aranui Road being broken into and a face plate to a tape deck stolen.
- 12 year old male warned for shoplifting at New World Motueka.
December 15th:
- 37 year old male arrested for Wilful Damage in High Street - to appear Nelson District Court 23/01.
December 16th:
- Family Violence Incident reported in Higgs Road, Mapua.
- Single vehicle crash on Stagecoach Road - nil injury.
December 17th:
- 47 year old male arrested in Queen Victoria Street for Careless Driving, Driving with Excess Breath and Driving while Disqualified - to appear Nelson District Court 31/01.
- 19 year old male to be summonsed to appear Nelson District Court for Disorderly Behaviour in High Street.
- 18 year old male arrested in Pah Street for Wilful Damage, Possessing Cannabis Plant and Possessing Instruments for Cannabis - to appear Nelson District Court 19/12.
December 18th:
- 43 year old male arrested for Driving with Excess Breath on Flaxmore Road - to appear Nelson District Court 22/12.
- Two 17 year old females warned for Wilful Damage in Thorp Street.
- 20 year old male warned for a Breach of Liquor Ban in High Street.
- 20 year old female arrested for Driving with Excess Breath on Pah Street - to appear Nelson District Court 22/12.

- Grey ladies wallet with silver dome lost from the Motueka area.
- Black Rip Curl bag and blue recycle bag lost in the Motueka area.
- Black and silver digital camera in black carry case lost in the Motueka area.
Found Property:
- Blue bike found on Pah Street.
- Black jacket with fake fur around hood found on the Pearse Valley Road.
- Clear plastic Canon WP-DC900 waterproof camera case found in Kaiteriteri.
- Black and red splatters mountain bike found in Parker Street.
- Blue child's mountain found in Stafford Drive.
- Women's mountain bike found on Whakarewa Street - Colour painted white & pink with house paint.
