Weekly Police Report, up to January 23rd

Incidents reported and attended to during the past week:

January 17th:
- Burglary at Split Apple Rock house - Dell laptop computer stolen.
- Burgalry at Flaxmore Road Upper Moutere. Meat stolen from freezer.

January 18th:
- Male arrested for breaching his bail conditions.
- Accident at Lower Moutere - car rolls. Minor injuries to driver.

January 19th:
- Burglary from shed Parker St - Husqvana chainsaw model 370, digital callipers, Riobi Jigsaw stolen.
- Burglary at Hetwetson Rd Upper Moutere - Massport Cobra lawnmower stolen - dark green and black.
- Elderly male falls from his mobility scooter and hits his head. Dies at scene. Coroner advised.
- Domestic incident reported to police while on foot patrol in High Street.

January 20th:
- 2 people breach their bail. Not home during their curfews. 1 x 17 yr old male arrested and held in custody until Monday.
- Domestic argument at Michael Meyers St address. Male leaves the house.

January 21st:
- Assault reported at a party at Staples St address.
- Domestic incident High Street address. Male arrested for assault.
- Domestic incident Fearon Street address.
- Check point at High St north - 1 24 yr old male from Nelson drink driving, 1 59 yr old Motueka male drink driving, 2 people forbidden to drive, 1 disqualified driver car impounded.

January 22nd:
- 17 yr old male arrested for breaching his bail.
- Burglary reported at Split Apple Rock - large amount of wine, Dell computer and printer, coffee machine, bread maker, clothing.

January 23rd:
- Domestic argument mother and son Ledger Ave. Son arrested for wilful damage.
- Assault at Hurtshouse St address.
