Weekly Police Report, up to March 25th

Incidents reported and attended to during the past week:

March 21st:
- Domestic incident in Tudor Street.
- Two juveniles damage a shooping trolley at Parklands School grounds. Being dealt with.
- Two accidents on north side of Motueka bridge where road re-sealing happening. Nil injuries.

March 22nd:
- Blue MEP brand scooter stolen in High Street.
- Checkpoint on Pah Street. 1 drink driver 40 yr old Motueka male blew 866, limit 400. License suspended.
- 43 yr old male drink driving. Blew 523. Grey Street.
- 56 yr old male drink driving. Blew 525.
- Domestic incident. Female arrested for assault.

March 23rd:
- 44 yr old Motueka male arrested for an historic assault in High Street.
- Domestic incident Motueka Valley.
- Car damaged overnight in Tudor Street.
- A light blue coloured MGP Team scooter stolen from Motueka South School.
- Vehicle damaged in Talbot Street overnight and also Whakarewa Street.
- 16 yr old youth found intoxicated on ground in Wallace St. Taken home.

March 24th:
- Domestic incident at Kaiteriteri. 16 yr old youth arrested for damage and an offensive weapon.
- Male arrested for prevention of suicide with help of Nelson staff.
- 41 yr old female arrested for prevention of suicide.
- Theft at Dehradoon Road - wallet stolen. Also a burglary reported nearby.
- 27 yr old Lower Moutere male crashes into a parked vehicle in King Edward St. Drink driver - blew 965, limit 400. License suspended.
- Burglary to High St business. Alcohol stolen.
- Car entered behind shopping centre, youth disturbed in building nearby around the same time. Several youths stopped and taken home. Police enquiries using town surveliiance cameras have identified the offending youth yet to be arrested.

March 25th:
- Theft of Suzuki 250cc outboard motor from Tapu Bay. Grey and white.
- Located vehicle belonging to a missing person. Enquiries continuing.
- Bike stolen from Huffam Street - recovered at nearby address. Enquiries continuing.
- 14 yr old female breaching her curfew found on a bike by police also on a bike at the clock tower 11pm.
